During the 14th Meeting of Leaders of the Confea\/Crea and M\u00fatua System, the Deputy Attorney General of the MPT, Ileana Neiva, warned about the risks of creating a parallel legal system to the regulatory standards (NRs) for occupational safety. ADPF No. 1068, currently under review by the Supreme Federal Court (STF), discusses whether these standards should apply to public servants, which could lead states and municipalities to establish their own rules, compromising the national safety standard.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The AGU (Attorney General\u2019s Office) has already expressed support for applying the NRs to all workers, and Minister Fl\u00e1vio Dino proposed making them mandatory throughout the Federation. The issue gained momentum after the governor of Esp\u00edrito Santo questioned the jurisdiction of the Labor Court on the matter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Engineers were encouraged to defend the National Policy on Occupational Safety and Health (PNSST), ensuring the maintenance of NRs as the unified standard for worker protection.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
